Fior Di Panna Ice Cream Mix 2 kg

Vanilla flavored ice cream mix contains whey powder, corn starch and Guar seed flour. It can be flavored with fresh fruit, cocoa or dried fruit, for an always perfect result. The mix has to be melted in little milk and sugar, and diluted well before pouring everything into boiling milk for 2 minutes. Once it has cooled it is ready to be put in the ice cream maker. The preparation is gluten-free, therefore ideal for celiacs or for people who want to reduce the gluten intake in their diet.
