Fior Di Crema Ice Cream Mix 2 kg

The Fior di Crema ice cream mix contains whey powder, corn starch and Guar seed flour, and it is flavored with vanilla. The mix has to be melted in little milk and sugar and diluted well before pouring everything into boiling milk for 2 minutes. Once it has cooled it is ready to be put in the ice cream maker and it can be flavored with cocoa, fresh fruit or dry fruit. The preparation is gluten-free, therefore ideal for celiacs or for people who want to reduce the gluten intake in their diet.
