Ice Cream Mix 2 kg

The ice cream mix ,with whey powder and corn starch, can be flavored with fresh fruit, cocoa or dried fruit to prepare perfect ice creams. The mix has to be melted in little milk and sugar and diluted well before pouring everything into boiling milk for 2 minutes. Once it has cooled it is ready to be put in the ice cream maker. The preparation is gluten-free, therefore ideal for celiacs or for people who want to reduce the gluten intake in their diet.
